Public Hearing - 2013 BCA Budget

WHEREAS, the Bloomfield Center Alliance, Inc., has requested the Township of Bloomfield approve their 2013 budget; and

              WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council of the Township of Bloomfield has reviewed the 2013 budget of the Bloomfield Center Alliance, Inc.; and

              WHEREAS, the Bloomfield Center Alliance, Inc., is presenting their 2013 budget to the Council and requests a public hearing on said budget be held no less than 28 days from this first reading and adoption.

              NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the Township of Bloomfield, County of Essex, State of New Jersey that the Bloomfield Center Alliance, Inc. 2013 budget is adopted and a hearing is scheduled for February 4, 2013.
